Comfort Adjustment Services
If you find your new comforter or pillow needs adjustment after a few months, we will be happy to add or subtract down for your optimum comfort. Or if your sleeping needs change—perhaps you’ve moved to a different climate—we can adjust your bedding so it’s perfect once again.
We charge only for the additional down added. We cannot remove down from a comforter, only add down. For pillows, we can add or subtract down and any down removed during the adjustment process would be returned to you. Our adjustment service is available at any time for up to one year from the date of purchase. All adjustment orders are shipped back to you within 10 days of our completion of your adjustment. Our expert seamstresses can create just about anything — from a special size comforter with matching shams to an unusually shaped pillow covered in your favorite fabric, all with the same high quality finish and fills you’ve come to expect from Scandia Home. Whether you select from our wide variety of solid colors, or send us your own, we’ll create the bedding of your dreams.

Monogramming adds distinction to your fine comforter covers, sheets, towels and blankets. You can select from our three styles of monogramming, and a wide range of thread colors. Click here to see monogramming choices. To order a product with monogramming, please call 1-800-237-5337. At this time we are unable to accept monogram requests through our website. If you have additional items you would like to purchase besides those you would like monogrammed, please place your entire order through a Scandia Home Customer Service representative. Please add an extra 5 days to your shipping time for this service.
