This agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, the principal place of business of its parent company, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to bring any claims against Scandia Down Online, LLC, exclusively in the state or federal courts of New Jersey. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
