Returns and Exchanges
Scandia Home wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund, merchandise exchange or credit if you return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your merchandise in the event of a manufacturer defect for up to one year. Custom, adjusted or personalized items such as monogrammed merchandise cannot be returned. To see coverage details of Our Limited Warranty.

Merchandise purchased at www.scandiahome.com, cannot be accepted for return at Scandia Home stores. Your online purchase must be returned to:

To return your online purchase –
- Please complete the “Returns” part of your packing slip
- Be sure to include your packing slip in your shipment to us. If you have misplaced your original packing slip, please call 1-800-438-2431 for Customer Service assistance.
- For your convenience you may use the addressed return label provided on the packing slip, or request our special pre-paid return label by calling 1-800-438-2431. A return postage fee of $20 will be deducted from your refund if you use our pre-paid label.
- For your protection we recommend that you insure your return package if you do not use our pre-paid label.
Exchanges and Comfort Adjustments
To exchange your online item, fill out the “Exchanges” portion of the form on the back of the packing slip with the item(s) you would like to order, and include it when sending your return merchandise back to us.If the amount of the replacement item(s) exceeds the amount to be refunded (cost of the product only; delivery charges cannot be refunded unless the error was ours), please include payment for the additional amount.There are no additional delivery charges if you are exchanging an item.If you have specific questions about exchanging an item, please call us at 1-800-438-2431.
If you are returning a down pillow or comforter because you would prefer a different weight or firmness, we ask that you return it to us for adjustment instead. We charge only for the additional down added. We cannot remove down from a comforter, only add down. For pillows, we can add or subtract down and any down removed during the adjustment process will be returned to you. Our adjustment service is available at any time for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. All adjusted items are shipped back to you within 15 days of our completion of your adjustment.
