New Pillow Adjustment
Scandia offers complimentary adjustments for any pillow up to 60 days from original purchase. We charge only for additional down, if any is added at that time. Any down removed during the adjustment process is returned to you for future use. A copy of original sales receipt is required to redeem this benefit.

Custom Adjustments
Scandia also offers custom adjustments to our down-filled items. If you find your comforter or pillow needs adjustment after a few months, or if you're sleeping habits change—perhaps you've moved to a different climate—we can adjust your bedding so it's perfect once again. Depending on the item, we can also add or remove down to customize the warmth or firmness to your preference. Although we can always add down, down cannot be removed from some items like baffled comforters.

Maintenance
A rip in your comforter or a hole in your favorite pillow doesn't have to mean the end of the road for your cherished Scandia products. Our in house seamstresses can handle most repairs.

Restoration Packages
After several years of enjoyment, your pillow, comforter, or foundation may begin to lose its firmness, show signs of wear or require refreshing. Scandia offers a variety of services that include some or all of the following: purification of the down, replacement of the ticking and restoring the item to its original firmness by adding the appropriate amount of down. Whatever the issue, our expert technicians will do their best to restore the bedding as close to its original condition as possible or recommend an appropriate alternative solution.

Scandia bedding items normally only need cleaning every 2 to 4 years, depending upon the habits of the household. When it comes time for professional cleaning, Scandia Home Customer Service can arrange for your items to be cleaned in a facility built exclusively for this type of care. All down products will be washed, except where dry cleaning is indicated. Upon arrival, in-house experts will inspect the item for wear and may recommend restoration or repair services in addition to cleaning.
