Complimentary New Pillow Adjustment

Scandia offers complimentary adjustments for any Scandia Down pillow within 60 days of its original purchase. We charge only for any additional down that may be added at that time. Any down removed during the adjustment process is returned to you. A copy of original sales receipt is required to redeem this benefit. Gifted items will receive extended time if gift is noted at time of purchase and gift receipt requested.

Complimentary New Comforter Adjustment

Scandia offers complimentary adjustments for any Scandia Down comforter within 60 days of original purchase. This adjustment is limited to adding more down*. We charge only for any additional down added at that time. We are unable to remove down from baffled comforters during the adjustment process. A copy of original sales receipt is required to redeem this benefit. Gifted items will receive extended time if gift is noted at time of purchase and gift receipt requested.

*For this reason, we encourage you to "go lightly" when selecting your Scandia Down comforter. A comforter can always be adjusted upward in weight, but never downward.

Custom Adjustments

Scandia also offers custom adjustments to our down-filled items. If you find your comforter or pillow needs adjustment after a few months, or if you're sleeping habits change—perhaps you've moved to a different climate—we can adjust your bedding so it's perfect once again. Depending on the item, we can also add or remove down to customize the warmth or firmness to your preference. Although we can always add down, down cannot be removed from some items like baffled comforters.
