Scandia Return Policy: Scandia Down Products

Scandia Homewants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Scandia Down products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide a refund, merchandise exchange or credit if you return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unlaundered and in the original packaging the same way you received them.

Scandia Down products are down and down-free filled products manufactured in our factory in Wisconsin.

Scandia Down filled products are covered under our Lifetime Warranty. Defects in the ticking (fabric) or workmanship (sewing) of Scandia Down and Down-Free filled products manufactured in our factory are warrantied for the lifetime of the original owner. See coverage details above. Custom, adjusted or personalized items such as monogrammed merchandise cannot be returned.

Due to the personal nature of the products we offer, we cannot accept returns of any item that has been removed from its original packaging or has been used in any way, laundered or otherwise altered from its original new condition, unless it is defective.

Linens, Accessories & Other Non-Filled Products Category includes Scandia Home brand bed and bath linens, accessories, blankets, throws and other products that are not manufactured at our facility in Wisconsin and are not filled with down or down-free filling material.

In the event of a manufacturer defect on Linens, Accessories & Other Non-Filled Products, we will replace or refund your purchase for up to 60 days from purchase. Gifted items will receive extended time if gift is noted at time of purchase and gift receipt requested. Custom, adjusted or personalized items such as monogrammed merchandise cannot be returned.

We can only accept returns of merchandise purchased through SCANDIAHOME.COM on this site. Proof of purchase required.
