SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS

We do not ship on the following days:

New Year's Day (January 1)
Memorial Day (last Monday of May)
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day (first Monday of September)
Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday of November)
Black Friday (Friday following Thanksgiving)
Christmas Eve Day (December 24)
Christmas Day (December 25)
New Year’s Eve Day (December 31)

DELIVERY CHARGES

Your Scandia Home^™ order will be shipped to you via FedEx. You may choose from standard delivery or have it expedited by choosing 2-day or overnight delivery for an additional cost. All orders ship with a signature requirement.

Orders will ship within 48 hours and should arrive within 4-6 days after your package leaves our warehouse. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas. Please contact a Customer Service representative at 1-800-438-2431 to inquire about weekend delivery

If you request 2-day delivery, add $20.00 to standard delivery cost. Your package should arrive two business days after shipping if we receive your order before 11:00 a.m. EST. Please note that requests for 2-day delivery on orders placed on a Friday after 11:00 am EST, or a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday and should arrive 2 business days after shipping.

If you request overnight delivery, add $30.00 to the standard delivery charge. Your package should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered before 11:00 a.m. EST.

If you place your order before 11:00 a.m. EST on a Friday and request overnight delivery, you will receive it on Monday.
If you place your order after 11:00 a.m. EST on a Friday and request overnight delivery, you will receive it on Tuesday.
If you place your order at any time on a Saturday or Sunday, and request overnight deliverey, you will receive it on Tuesday.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories
For all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories, please call customer service to recieve shipping quotes. Express delivery will take an additional day because of the distance.

International
Scandia Home ^™ ships to the following international destinations (Listed below). Please contact us at service@scandiahome.com to receive international shipping costs. Scandia Home™ charges a flat fee to cover shipping costs, but please note that the you are responsible for paying all import duties and tariffs to the carrier upon delivery. For packages that are refused upon delivery or returned to Scandia Home, you will be responsible for all applicable duties and tariffs to import the items back to the Scandia Home facility, and the difference in shipping fees charged and the actual shipping costs paid to the carrier to and from the United States. These costs will be deducted from any amount to be credited for the return.
